Thetis 14-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Page. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us via our Contact Page.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for non-defective returns if you simply changed your mind. This fee does not apply if the product is defective and returned within the first 14 days.
