This page lists the current known limitations of our products to help you understand any restrictions or unsupported features. We update this list as new information becomes available.

• Austria ID requires FIDO2 Level 2
  Our security keys are FIDO2 Level 1 certified, which is not sufficient for Austria's electronic ID authentication.
  Workaround: No current workaround.

• GitHub login using passkeys does not work
  Authentication with GitHub via passwordless fails.
  Workaround: Use username/password with 2FA or a FIDO2 key (non-passkey method).

• No NFC support on Mac or Windows
  NFC-based authentication is not supported on desktop platforms, including macOS and Windows. Currently, no iMacs or MacBooks support NFC.
  Workaround: No current workaround.

W

• Windows 10/11 Home does not support Hello login with the key
  Windows Home editions do not support security key-based Windows Hello login (this feature requires Pro or Enterprise).
  Workaround: Use password login or upgrade to a supported edition.
