How to Reset Your Thetis FIDO Security Key

1. Download and Install Thetis Manager on Your Computer: Get the latest version from the Thetis website and install it. [Download Center]

2. Open Thetis Manager: Launch the software, making sure it has the necessary permissions.

3. Insert Your FIDO Key: Connect your Thetis FIDO security key to a USB port on your computer.

4. Go to the FIDO Section Immediately: Within 10 seconds of plugging in the key, navigate to the "FIDO" section in Thetis Manager, where the reset function is located.

5. Select Reset: Click on "Reset" and confirm, knowing this will erase all stored data on the key.

6. Confirm and Complete: Follow any on-screen prompts, including pressing the button on your FIDO key if required.

7. Re-enroll Key as Needed: Since the key is now reset, it will need to be re-enrolled with each account or service.

This process will restore the key to its factory settings, allowing it to be configured anew.
